NYSSA Website FAQs

General Questions

What websites does NYSSA maintain?

http://www.nyssnowassoc.org = the Public NYSSA Website which has both information for the snowmobiling public, and a private, members-only menu containing documents and information for NYSSA Members Only.

https://membership.nyssnowassoc.org = the Membership site, a secure website dedicated to processing memberships and vouchers.

Are the logins the same for both sites?

No. Because credit card info is processed on the membership site, a decision was made to have separate logins for the two sites.

Planned Server Maintenance 2/3/09 – Website unavailable early am

January 30, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment

Our Hosting Provider will be upgrading some of our server software on February 3, 2009 in the early AM Eastern Time.  The upgrade should take 1 to 3 hours. This upgrade will cause downtime for the website.  This will not effect the membership website.

This upgrade is needed to bring the server software to the current stable release, increase performance, and allow us to use a lot of new applications.

Thank you for your understanding

The Website team.
